Blocks That Matter is an original and enjoyable game in which you are a robot, whose job is to collect blocks of matter. There are different types of blocks, which vary in the color and material. The number of blocks to collect will be indicated with a number at the bottom of the screen. To collect blocks, you just need to hit them with your head by jumping or you can use a drill, which will be unlocked in the first level. Moreover, the blocks you collect will also be used in the levels to reach higher areas, so you will also have the possibility of building with them.
The demo version only includes three levels to play, but there are many more in the registered version. Only Adventure mode is available in the demo, but I supposed there are more. Graphics look retro on purpose, which is something I particularly don't like, but they are fine. Sounds are OK and the music is suitable and pleasant.
All in all, if you are looking for a challenging and original game to pass the time, Blocks That Matter may be an excellent choice.
